Booking conditions:
Students pay bookings for online German classes in advance.
Rescheduling:
If you reschedule the booking up to one day before the meeting time, you will not have to pay a reschedule fee. But if you reschedule the booking within one day of the meeting time, your reschedule fee will be 10% of the price of the class.
Cancellations:
If you cancel the booking up to one day before the meeting time, you will receive a full refund. But if you cancel the booking within one day of the meeting time, you will get a refund of 50% of the price of the class.
